Terms of Service

1. The service

Roof Flow Sites builds and launches a custom website for roofing contractors and hosts and maintains it on an ongoing basis. This is website build and management only. We do not provide SEO, Google Business Profile management, paid advertising, or lead generation.

2. Pricing and billing

You pay $397 at checkout for the site build. After that, you are billed $147 every 4 weeks for hosting, backups, and content edits. Cancel anytime, with the first charge landing 30 days after your site goes live. Optional add-ons — such as extra service area pages or a faster build — are charged separately at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery guarantee

We deliver a live site within 5 business days of receiving a completed intake form. If we miss that deadline, we credit your first 4-week management cycle. The 5-day clock starts when your intake is complete, not at checkout. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate customer information extend the timeline accordingly.

4. Cancellation

Service is month to month. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. We do not refund the current 4-week cycle once it has started. When you cancel, you keep your domain and your content. The site itself is hosted on our platform and will come down at the end of the active billing period.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund of the $397 build fee within 7 calendar days of purchase, whether or not your site has been delivered. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After 7 days the build fee is non-refundable, though you may cancel your ongoing management at any time and keep your domain.

6. Content changes

Your management plan includes two content changes every 4-week cycle. We turn these around within 48 hours. Larger work — such as a whole new page, design rebuild, or custom feature — is quoted before it begins.

7. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, owning the rights to any photos and content you upload, and holding the licenses you claim. We rely on the information you provide to build your site.

8. Acceptable use

We may decline or terminate service for illegal content, misrepresentation, or any use of the site that violates applicable law.

9. Ownership

You own your domain, your content, and your photos. AI Ad Launcher, LLC owns the site build, templates, and platform. If you cancel, your content can be exported; the underlying site files and platform remain our property.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 4-week cycle. We do not guarantee leads, traffic, rankings, or any other business outcome. A website is a conversion tool for people already looking you up, not a source of guaranteed new work.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
