We install three product lines and we install them the same way every time. Here's what's included, what goes on your house, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong afterward.
01 — Service
Full Roof Replacement
Complete tear-off down to the decking, inspection of every sheet, and a new manufacturer-backed system installed by our own crew.
What's included
- Full tear-off and haul-away of all existing layers
- Decking inspection with photos; damaged sheets replaced at a flat per-sheet rate quoted up front
- Synthetic underlayment and ice-and-water shield in every valley and around every penetration
- New drip edge, pipe boots, and ridge ventilation
- Permit pulled and final inspection scheduled by us
- Magnetic nail sweep of the entire property, twice
Materials we install
Architectural (dimensional) shingles only — no 3-tab. We install GAF Timberline HDZ and CertainTeed Landmark as our standard systems, with Timberline UHDZ available on exposed, high-wind rooflines.
Typical timeline
One day for most homes under 35 squares. Two days for steep-pitch or larger estate roofs. Materials are delivered the morning of, not days ahead on your driveway.
What the warranty covers
50-year limited transferable manufacturer warranty on materials, plus our own 10-year workmanship warranty. As a GAF Master Elite contractor we can register the Golden Pledge coverage, which puts GAF behind our workmanship too.
02 — Service
Roof Repairs & Storm Damage
Honest repair work when a repair is the right call — and a clear explanation when it isn't.
What's included
- Full attic and exterior inspection with dated photographs sent to you
- Leak tracing to the actual entry point, not just the stain on the ceiling
- Flashing, boot, valley, and shingle repairs
- Emergency tarping, typically same-day
- Hail and wind documentation formatted for your insurance adjuster
- Repair cost credited toward a replacement if the roof fails within 12 months
Materials we install
We match your existing shingle line where it's still manufactured, and use the same CertainTeed and GAF accessories we'd put on a full replacement.
Typical timeline
Inspection within 48 hours of your call. Most repairs are completed in a single visit of two to four hours.
What the warranty covers
2-year workmanship warranty on the repaired area. If the same leak returns in that window, we come back at no charge.
03 — Service
Gutters & Siding
The parts of the exterior that fail alongside a roof, handled at the same time so you're not managing two contractors.
What's included
- Seamless 5" and 6" aluminum gutter, formed on site
- Hidden hanger installation every 24 inches
- Downspout routing and underground drain tie-ins
- Gutter guard options with a physical sample to look at, not a brochure
- Fiber cement and vinyl siding repair or full replacement
- Rotted fascia and soffit replacement discovered during roof tear-off
Materials we install
Heavy-gauge .032 aluminum gutter in 20+ baked-enamel colors, James Hardie fiber cement siding, and matching aluminum wrap for trim.
Typical timeline
Gutters are a one-day job and are usually scheduled the day after your roof is finished. Siding scope depends on square footage; we give you a day count in writing.
What the warranty covers
20-year finish warranty on gutter coating and a 5-year workmanship warranty on all gutter and siding installation.
