Commercial & flat roof systems · Charlotte, NC

Twenty-year roof systems for buildings that can't shut down.

We install commercial roof assemblies in phases sized around your operations — night work, weekend sections, tenant notification, and a dried-in deck at the end of every shift. Nineteen years of low-slope work across the Carolinas, on schedules written around occupancy rather than our own convenience.

Maintenance programs

Three service levels, priced by square foot.

Nearly every manufacturer NDL warranty carries an inspection requirement. A roof with no documented service history is a roof with a warranty the manufacturer can decline to honor.

Working around your operations

The roof comes off in pieces sized around your schedule.

On an occupied building, sequencing is the whole job. Most of what separates a clean commercial installation from a disruptive one is decided before a crew arrives.

Phased installation

We divide the roof into sections sized so each one is torn off, dried in, and complete within a single shift. No open deck goes into a night, and no section stays under temporary cover over a weekend.

Night and weekend work

Retail, medical, and cold storage roofs are frequently scheduled outside operating hours. We staff it as regular production rather than overtime exception, and quote it that way up front.

Tenant notification

Multi-tenant buildings get a notification packet two weeks ahead of each section: dates, noise windows, parking impacts, and a site contact. We supply the letters, you approve them.

Access and staging plan

Crane picks, dumpster placement, and material staging are drawn on a site plan and issued with the contract, so nothing about our footprint is a surprise on day one.

Roof assessment

A written condition report, whether or not you hire us.

An assessment takes a half day on a typical building. You receive slope-by-slope photo documentation, a deficiency list ranked by urgency, remaining service life, and a capital forecast you can put in front of ownership.

  • Slope-by-slope photo documentation
  • Core sample and infrared scan where warranted
  • Remaining service life and repair-versus-replace position
  • Five-year capital forecast in writing

Assessments are typically scheduled within ten business days.
