What the condition report includes

  • Slope-by-slope photo documentation with defect locations marked on a roof plan
  • Deficiency list ranked by urgency, with estimated correction cost
  • Remaining service life and a repair-versus-replace position
  • Warranty status review and manufacturer compliance gaps
  • Five-year capital forecast suitable for a budget submission

Assessments are typically scheduled within ten business days and carry no cost or obligation.
